BOOKING CONDITIONS:
* As far as you wish to accept this offer you are requested to pay a deposit of 50% EUR per person by 30 days before arrival so we can start the booking process.
* Cut-off Date: 7 days prior for the group’s arrival.
* Cancellation Policy:
– Within 30 days prior to arrival, 30% charge will be applied.
– Within 21 days prior to arrival, 50% charge will be applied
– Within 14 days prior to arrival, 70% charge will be applied
– Within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% charge will be applied
IMPORTANT NOTES:
* The package price is based on a minimum of 4 passengers paying for transfers. If the number of passengers increases or decreases the package price will vary accordingly.
* We keep the right to offer other hotels with same category if the mentioned hotels are fully booked at the time you send your reservation request to us.
* Triple accommodation in most Bulgarian hotels features double room + rollaway bed.
